Disclaimer & risk disclosure
StatLine is a publisher of stat-backed sports-betting insights. We are not a bookmaker, not a licensed adviser, and not a guarantor of anything. Read this page before you act on anything we publish.

1. Not financial, legal, or tax advice
StatLine content is general information and opinion. It is not personal financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to enter any particular wager. We don’t know your circumstances, your bankroll, or your risk tolerance. Nothing we publish is tailored to you.
If you need personal advice, talk to an appropriately qualified, licensed professional.
2. No guarantees
Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. You can — and, over time, will — lose bets. Past performance, historical hit rates, and our published track record do not predict future results. A strategy that worked last season may fail this season. Odds, lines, and markets move; a price we reference may not be available by the time you reach the bookmaker.
3. What our “insights” are (and aren’t)
Each published candidate is the result of a repeatable research pipeline: live bookmaker odds are ingested, normalised against historical stats, scored against a threshold, and an analyst produces evidence bullets before an editor signs off. Everything we publish is the analyst’s or editor’s opinion based on that evidence — not a factual claim about the outcome. We don’t guarantee:
- that odds we cite will still be available when you bet;
- that third-party data (league stats, bookmaker feeds) is error-free;
- that any individual pick will win, or that any period will be net-positive.
4. Track-record methodology
The track record page pulls results from the live database.
- Every published pick is recorded the moment it’s sent to the free or VIP Telegram channel — we don’t retroactively remove losers.
- “Win rate” is computed over settled picks only (won + lost). Voids and pending picks are excluded from win-rate calculations but still displayed.
- The sample size and date range are displayed alongside any summary statistic.
- Operators may hide an individual pick from the public view for legitimate editorial reasons (e.g. data correction), but hidden picks are still counted in our internal totals.
If you think a pick has been misrecorded, email support@statlineau.com.
5. Bookmaker links and affiliates
We may reference bookmakers by name (for example in odds cards or the bookmaker strip on the home page). At the time this page was last updated, StatLine earns no affiliate commission from any bookmaker. If that changes — for example if we introduce a partner link — we will disclose it in this section and alongside any affected call-to-action.
We only reference operators licensed to offer wagering to Australian residents. If you bet with any operator, your relationship is with that operator under their terms. We have no control over their prices, payouts, bonuses, or account management.
6. Availability and sandbox status
The Service is currently running as a sandbox preview at sandbox.statlineau.com. During this preview, Stripe may run in test mode and some features may change without notice. Any signup flow will tell you clearly whether real charges will be taken.
7. Jurisdictional limits
Gambling laws vary by country, state, and territory. It is your responsibility to ensure that using StatLine content, and placing any related bet, is lawful where you are. If it’s not, don’t use the Service.
8. Third-party data
We rely on third-party providers (The Odds API, API-Sports, bookmaker feeds, etc.). We take reasonable care but do not warrant their accuracy, completeness, or availability. Material errors we become aware of are corrected as quickly as practical.
9. Bet responsibly
Please read our Responsible Gambling policy. If the way you or someone close to you is using betting services is causing harm, help is available 24/7: Gambling Help Online — 1800 858 858, and the National Self-Exclusion Register at betstop.gov.au.
10. Your rights
Nothing on this page limits any consumer guarantee that applies under the Australian Consumer Law and cannot lawfully be excluded.
