What cookies are
A cookie is a small file your browser stores on your device for a website to read back later. They let sites remember you’re signed in, remember your age confirmation, and similar basic tasks.
Cookies we set
| Name | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
customer_session | Keeps you signed into your customer account. | Strictly necessary | Session + renewal window |
operator_session | Keeps authorised operators signed into the operator console. | Strictly necessary | Session + renewal window |
sl_cookie_choice | Remembers your cookie-banner choice so we don’t show it again. | Strictly necessary | 1 year |
sl_age_confirmed | Remembers that you confirmed you’re 18+. | Strictly necessary | 1 year |
Third-party cookies
When you go through checkout, Stripe loads within its own secure frame and may set cookies necessary to process your payment. Those are covered by Stripe’s privacy policy. We do not embed any third-party analytics, advertising, or social-media pixel on our pages at launch.
What we don’t do
- No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or similar advertising tags.
- No session-replay tools (Hotjar, FullStory, etc.).
- No cross-site tracking or profile-building for advertising.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block the strictly-necessary cookies above, the site will still load but you won’t be able to sign into an account or remain signed in. Browser guides: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add a new category of cookie (for example, first-party analytics), we’ll update this page, surface the change in the cookie banner, and — where consent is required — ask you before setting it.
