Privacy policy

StatLine treats your data the way we'd want ours treated: collect less, share less, delete on request.

What we collect

• Your email address (for account access and receipts).
• Your Telegram user ID / username / chat ID (only after you link your Telegram account to your subscription).
• Subscription and payment metadata from Stripe (customer ID, subscription status, invoice IDs). We do not store card numbers.
• Server logs (IP address, user-agent) retained short-term for security and debugging.

What we don't do

• No ad-tech, no third-party analytics, no cross-site tracking pixels.
• We don't sell or rent your data. Ever.

Who we share with

• Stripe — to process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Telegram — to deliver channel access when your subscription is active.
• Railway — our hosting provider, processes infrastructure data on our behalf.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or its deletion by emailing privacy@statline.app. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use strictly-necessary cookies for session authentication, age verification, and your cookie-banner choice. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
