Refund policy

StatLine is a subscription service for insights. Because picks are time-sensitive and delivered continuously, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

When refunds are offered

  • Access failure. If Stripe processed your payment but you never received VIP Telegram access and we couldn't resolve it within 72 hours, we'll issue a full refund of the affected period.
  • Billing error. Duplicate charges, or charges after a cancellation we failed to action, are refunded in full.
  • First 24 hours. If you subscribe and realise it's not for you within 24 hours and haven't consumed the channel, email us — we'll refund.

When refunds are not offered

  • Bets you lost. We don't take a cut of your wins and don't cover your losses.
  • A period where you had VIP access but chose not to read the picks.
  • Accounts terminated for acceptable-use violations.

How to request a refund

Email support@statline.app from the same email as your subscription. Include the date of charge and a one-line explanation.
