Acceptable use policy

This policy forms part of the Terms of service. Breach of any rule below is grounds for suspension or termination of your account, generally without refund, and may be reported to law enforcement.

1. Core rules

You must not:

  • Share, resell, rebroadcast, or automate StatLine content — including VIP picks, scores, evidence bullets, or track-record tables — to any person, service, or system without our prior written permission. Our content is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Share your VIP invite link or your account credentials with anyone. VIP is a per-person subscription.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically copy the Service or our Telegram channels, whether manually or by any automated means (bots, spiders, headless browsers, scripts, residential-proxy farms, etc.).
  • Use StatLine output to train or evaluate an AI model, build a competitive service, or populate any public or private dataset, without our prior written consent.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, probe, or attack the Service, its APIs, or our infrastructure.
  • Bypass or disable security features, rate limits, access controls, or the age gate.
  • Pretend to be us or affiliated with us, or imply endorsement by us where there is none.
  • Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes third-party rights — including uploading anything you don’t have the right to share.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users, our staff, or anyone else through the Service. Zero tolerance.
  • Use the Service while self-excluded from a licensed gambling operator or registered on Australia’s BetStop register.
  • Use the Service for anything illegal in your jurisdiction — including any form of fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, or breach of sanctions.

2. Fair technical use

  • Normal, interactive browsing is fine.
  • API access is not publicly offered today. Don’t try to reach undocumented endpoints.
  • If you’re a legitimate researcher or journalist who needs bulk data, ask: legal@statlineau.com. We’re friendly.
  • Vulnerability reports are welcome at security@statlineau.com. Please act in good faith and avoid harm to other users.

3. Content you submit

If you send us feedback, ideas, or user-generated content (future features), you confirm you have the right to do so. You grant us the licence described in clause 10 of the Terms of service. We can remove any content that breaches this policy without notice.

4. Telegram channel conduct

Our Telegram channels are moderated. The same rules apply:

  • Be civil. No slurs, no threats, no doxxing, no spam.
  • No unsolicited promotion or affiliate links.
  • No signal services, no tipster spruiking, no “DM me for picks”.
  • Don’t post screenshots of VIP content in public channels.

We may ban, kick, or mute on sight for breaches of these rules.

5. Reporting abuse

If you see someone breaking this policy — particularly leaking VIP content, impersonating us, or running a “StatLine affiliate” scam — email support@statlineau.com with as much detail as you can. We take reports seriously and act quickly.

6. Consequences

For material breaches we will terminate your account and cancel your subscription with no refund of the current period. Depending on severity we may also pursue damages, seek an injunction, or refer the conduct to law enforcement.
